Hello, my name is Tara Aguirre, a visual artist based in Utah. I work primarily in printmaking and drawing, with an ongoing passion for photography. My work explores my life and how I go through it. using traditional techniques in printmaking with stone lithography and intaglio, allowing me to use markmaking to recreate the feeling I had at that time. Photography is a key part of my creative process; these moments that I capture lead to my prints. I am inspired by those around me and the world. I am a recent graduate of the University of Utah, where I studied business marketing with a minor in printmaking. My work has been featured in the Paper and Clay show, along with my own gallery showing, and I am always looking for new opportunities and people to collaborate with.
